Are you relocating to a new home? If yes, then make sure about cleaning the walls, toilet seats, drains and pipes and have good hygienic surroundings. First, start by cleaning the walls by using broom. Always do this in top to bottom direction. Find all the webs on the wall and remove it. The surfaces that are made with glass can get easily scratched if you use hard sponge to use it. You should use cotton clothes to clean such surfaces.
The toilet seat should be cleaned by using a sponge that is soaked in a mixture of liquid soap with water. You can also add antiseptics or disinfectant in the liquid soap. Use cleaning agent and leave it for a few minutes to clean the toilet bowl. You can also use plunger for pipes and drains to avoid it from getting clogged. Also, check for any open drain that permits admission of rats and other insects. If any drain is open, you should place a cover on it.
You should take special care for the drainage system of the kitchen, bathroom and balconies. Use some strong agents for cleaning in the places where you can store your food. The presence of pests can make cockroaches and rats get away from the kitchen. You should also spray pesticides and use rat poison and purify the air before the food stuff gets unpacked. So use all these methods and make your home a clean place to live in.
